Disability after ETS'ing?

Ok, my first and last duty station is in South Korea, notorious for shitty outcomes for damn near everyone who has to be stationed here, this place has made me nearly go crazy because of several things... Anyway, since being here ive developed lots of stress and anxiety due to my work place, and suddenly one day i lost part of my vision in my left eye, not a significant amount but something that is def. wrong and serious, eye doc said i have bleeding inside my eyeball which is causing the blindness, eye doc said many things can cause bleeding in the eye but the one thing that caught my attention the most was when she said the word "stress" been on blood clot meds for months and nothing has changed at all, i fear its permanent damage... so my question is am i qualified for disablility after ETS'ing? if so how much? any help would be great
