Cool places in NYC for the under 20 crowd.?

Hey i wanna go out for my 22nd bday, and im looking for a bar or lounge that won't kick out my 20year old friends. Looking for some place low key around or near Williamsburg or West/East Village or Union Square. Any place that lets in the youngsters or doesn't card at all. Thanks!
