Have you ever read the Bible?

I agree with you. Reading comprehension of scripture doesn't bode well with those who have been taught a certain way or those who trust teaching them what may or may not be misconstrued. The Bible is a lot more interesting, and not contradicting at all if you realize what it is you are reading. This no doubt takes years, and dedication for truths and a strong belief in God....so many don't have time nor the inclination for it.
