Do you support minority groups getting more than one vote in order for them to gain more representation?

1 Citizen, 1 Ballot, 1 Vote. Citizen in good standing, no felony convictions, no government dole. A ballot written in English with out double speak & proof of voting required to maintain the good standing of that CITIZEN from age 21. Mandatory service at age 18 required for 2 years, no exceptions.
