Good Place for College Kids to go camping in Colorado?

I live in Littleton, and my friends live up at CU in boulder. I was just wondering where a good place to go camping would be, where we could maybe drink a little, and be a little bit loud, and not have to drive an hour. We want the whole experience though no cabins or resorts. Thanks!!!!!
