Been sick for a week. Any advice?

It all started last week with a itchy throat, which became a sore throat. Sore throat went away and now its all drainage (green). I know its an infection, so I take 2 Advil cold and sinus tablets 3x a day since i've had the sore throat. Within the last couple of days i get a stuffy nose when i wake up, and a little dry cough. Does this sound like something thats gonna take more time? Or do i need antibiotics to over it all? Thanks for the advice!
