My 4 yr old has seemed to delete everything off the wii menu and now nothing is working ?

It now has nothing on the menu bar the game but the wii hand isn't coming up ? We are going to call the wii hotline as we got this as a xmas present . Anyone know what we could try before calling ? Or what will have to be done ?
