My toddler is very sick... I NEED HELP AND ADVICE PLEASE?

ok book her in to doctors, when my son has been unwell he does tend to wind himself up like that also and vomit but yeah if panadol or nerophen havnt brought the fever down then yes doctors would be the go hope i helped its hard when kids are so young and they cant tell u exactly how they feel all the best xxx
