40 year old one storey brick building cracked from top,on back and side wall.Solution without pier support?

The foundation is on slab, and the slab has no cracks. Only the back wall and the side wall is cracked from the top. This becomes one left portion of the building. Does this pose a threat to the structure. Some have suggested to lift the cracked side with installing piers under the foundation. Any other suggestions, since the slab is not cracked.
