I think I have HPV/gental warts. Please help!?

"The man?" Are you refering to the government's white devil conspiracy? Lol, ok seriously, why do you have to ask your mom for permission to see the doctor? How old are you? How was "The man" able to even get in your pants to do such an act? There is nothing that can be done about HPV if you have already contracted it. Really nothing to worry about, but since you're female it just increases the chance of cervical cancer. I really doubt you got too from "The man's" fingers.
