If Hungarian, Finnish, and Estonian are Uralic languages that are spoken by Mongoloids, why don't they look it?

Look at Hungarians, Finns, and Estonians. Almost all of them look like Europoids. Yet, they speak a Uralic language (which is related to Altaic) that has roots from Mongoloids from Ural Mountain region in West Siberia. Thus, why do they look like Europeans and not Asiatic?
