How Do I Get Rid Of Suicidal Thoughts?

So I'm a 22 year old male, and I'm having some serious thought about suicide. I've never been this way before, I used to think people who kill themselves were cowards, but lately they seem to have the right idea. I've suffered from depression since I was about 12, I do have a very rough background (surprise!!!). My mom abandoned me when I was a baby, and my Grandparents raised me. After my Grandmother died my family and I had very bad falling out, and even though I've tried to fix things, there just unfixable anymore. I'm also a mixed race baby, so my whole life I've always had a hard time fitting in with people, mainly because most people don't know what to make of me. To add insult to injury I'm also gay, and what's even worse is i feel that the community i thought would accept me for who I am, never really did which has left me feeling super alone and lost. I've always had super bad self esteem due to the fact i could never ever find anyone like me (looks or otherwise), which left me feeling like some sort of monster. Over the past few years since I was 18, I went from super social, to almost never leaving the house anymore, i feel to scared and nervous to even go out anymore for fear of judgement from other people. Even with all this happening I never felt suicidal till now. It seems every doctor I've seen can never quite pin point exactly what i have (its very weird, it's almost like I'm living in my head and i cant get out, i find it hard sometimes to even articulate words, just pushing the words out of my mouth take so much energy anymore). I've been told Im Depressed, Anxious, Schitzo, PTSD, every thing....and none of the treatments for these have worked. It's very hard for me to keep a positive outlook anymore when i feel like i may never find the right help. Im dating a great guy now, but I know my depression and mood swings (or whatever it is) is taking its toll on our relationship, and i feel i might lose him as well, which makes me even more sad. Sometimes i think about just leaving him, because i feel I'm bringing him down, he's got such an awesome attitude, and a great lust for life and the people around him...i don't wanna kill that for him. Im seriously at my wits end, with doctors not being able to help, and friendships and relationships crashing around me, I'm completely lost....can anyone recommend groups, advice, idea's, anything....I truly wanna live, but i wanna live without these thoughts in my head, and it scares me sometimes because I'm afraid i might actually let myself go through with it, its terrifying

Ways to filter out certain frequencies of a mic?

I ripped a little mic and it's amplifier out of one of those kiddie spy listening devices and fitted it with a new higher tech mic, but when i use it outside i get mostly sound from wind and stuff, not conversations. same with the inside too, everything but human voices are really really loud. what could i use to filter out frequencies that aren't in the human voice range? capacitor? inductor? what can i do for that? it's a really good little amplifier and has great quality, but i want to isolate the frequency range for human conversation.

well i ould think it would be the board. you don't need to remove itto figure that out. if it's not putting anything out on the video either onboard or the card, i think it's a pretty safe umption. i would try it running onboard without the card in and see where that gets you. it that works, you may need to make a change or 2 in the bios to allow the use of the video card. i would think you've tried this already since you are building your own rig, you have to know something about it. good luck.

I'm helping my mom put together 2 strombolis for Christmas Eve. What do you think about Northern Arizona University??

It's a good school, the campus is nice, it's in a nice area. It has very good archaeology and music programs. Lowell Observatory is in Flagstaff, where pluto was first sighted and where a lot of research is still being done so I would say it is good in astronomy too. This is a much nicer part of AZ than southern AZ. It is one of the cities with the highest elevation. The climate is similar to the Rocky mountains. This school also graduates a lot of Native American students.

How do you get someone to change their mind about wanting a relationship?

When my ex boyfriend broke up with me about a month and a half ago, he said he didn't think he was in the place for a relationship. He told me it wasn't because he didn't love me or that his feelings about me changed, but rather that he didn't want a relationship anymore. What can I say and do to make him reconsider? We had an awesome relationship, and even with talking to him now, he's said he's missed me and wish he didn't have to hurt me like he did and wished that he wanted a relationship. I believe that he truly is a good guy and that deep down he could find it in himself to give us another chance, otherwise I wouldn't be asking this question here. I've spent this time on my own and really become comfortable with myself again. I've followed a ton of advice I've found: focus on yourself, be confident, show him you're fine on your own. The main reason why I want to kill myself is because of ism. I can't deal with it. It's been bothering me for at least three years now. Today I came across it in school three times. Baby shampoo and forget the conditioner! This works for me. If my hair gets into a bad condition I leave a beaten raw yolk of egg on my hair for twenty minutes...rinse it off in WARM water shampoo then rinse again in water with a small amount of vinegar added to give it shine and squeaky clean hair.

I roll my own menthol cig's also. I prefer 4 Aces pipe tobacco (mint) which is quite a bit cheaper than cigarette tobacco because the same taxes don't apply. I also use Premier tubes. I find that the combination makes for an enjoyable smoke; very similar to store bought. I'd compare these hand rolls to Marlboro menthol. The trick to it is not packing the tube too thick and then manually packing each smoke by tapping the on a table. That breaks up the tobacco making them easier to smoke. I have a canon Selphi (sp? idc) and I'm printing out postcard invites, which look great with excellent quality for the $$ out... my problem is, between the lexmark e320 and the canon pixma ip600D, I CANNOT get a quality print out on the back of the postcard.. to address, map for directions, etc... the face of the postcard from the slephi is great... but the back for printing purposes sucks... i've tried all the various ink settings... am I missing something???

I would prefer London, but there's no definite way of just stating that one city is better than another. If you love San Francisco, you should live there. The founding fathers made it VERY clear that all citizens have the right to bear arms. We give the government power, not the other way around. If we don't like their actions, it states in the constitution, we can use the 2nd ammendment to alter or abolish it.

My daughter Emma is 3 and a half and in September, I had taken her to the doctor who had given me a referral for a child psychologist. My daughter went through the psychiatric esment and it went well. She wasn't diagnosed with any psychiatric problem but the psychiatrist and the therapist decided that she should be followed once a week by the therapist Donna. So my daughter has been seeing her for over 3 months now once a week. And my daughter started seeing her because she just had an enormous amount of anger inside of her and she wouldn't express herself and she was just so angry. Well the therapy is going good, I mean, it's almost an hour long and for the first 30 minutes I play with my daughter and Donna just watched and I have to play with what Emma plays with, which is fine with me and than Donna just asks me how she's doing and how the week was, but I just don't see the point of going weekly. I mean It takes me over an hour to get there because I have to drive to the metro and than take the metro down and than walk and the session is 50-55 minutes long and than it's over an hour to come back . I want the best for my daughter and her bahaviour has improved a lot and I am just in a battle whether or not to continue going because it is so far and it just takes up a lot of time. I am not looking for nasty comments. I am very serious about this.
