How to deal with this solution i'm in?

My ex boyfriend is moving away but he hates me and i love him.He is dumping my ex best fran before he leaves.Me and her arent friends anymore.As you could probably figure.Shes been really rude lately she saw me coming to come to my 6/7 period cl she grab the door and slam it.Then during cl she calls me ,Shes does other things but i'm too lazy to write much.Shes only does this stuff cuz she thinks i made her and my ex damyan break up.My friends didnt like how she treated me or stole my boyfriend so they called her and told her to chill but she dumped damyan.Then dated hm again.Then this other ex best fran called me a slut and i was thinking of being her fran again til she said that!I'm afraid of losing my true best frans! i love them.I was thinking of writing a note to damyan about how i feel and have my fran give it to him.but i dunno should i? I have to go to counseling with my ex fran melany (aka the one who stole my ex) tomorrow.Please write something i can do to fix all this and also how to let him know i wont forget him and how to get over him. thanks,sammy<3
