120 pounds at 5 feet is not bad at all. You don't need to lose weight, but if you're set on it be healthy about it. Ask your parents to buy healthier options and eat more fruits and veggies and cut back on the desserts. But honestly at your age and weight you're fine, I know you're going through an awkward stage but there is no concern to lose weight. Just stay active and be healthy : ) Don't obsess over looking like those skinny teens, some people are just built different.
