I need a glue/adhesive for my rear bumper?

my rear bumper is rusted out pretty bad, its slightly hanging down on one side about 3/4 of an inch. i dont want to fork out 50-100 bucks for another bumper is there some type of glue/adhesive i could use to hold the bumper back up (i would be putting the glue on the little lip of the bumper to the bottom of the other panel) basicly i want to rig it lol any suggestions? something that can hold a little weight
