Is Ryan Dunn really dead?

okay so i understand he has been confirmed dead ( i was shocked when i found out this morning) but everyone has been showing the picture from twitter of him drinking with some friends, but now it has been "removed". HOW??? also the owner of the bar he was at said he wasn't even drunk and that he was talking to him at the bar and that he wasn't even close to wasted like TMZ said. He also said that if he was wasted he wouldn't have let him out the door for his own safety. I'm so confused! i really, really want this to all play out as a huge prank and that in a future jack film we find out hes fine, but with all the news websites saying different stories i just don't know what to believe.i know all of the stuff you guys said already! he was going 110 mph, and about the picture, he posted it hours before the crash and then it disappeared after the death of Ryan!!! and most of the news websites are saying different stories so whats going on!!
