Is this bullying..? Please help me =[?

Ok well my friend lets name her Maddie she and my sister and I made a website like 2 years ago and it was cuz we were concerned about animal cruelty so Maddie was looking up pics of animal cruelty like abused dogs and everything BUT then it got WAY too far and Maddie began finding pics of half cut dogs and stuff bloody dogs, stuff like that. you get the point GORY STUFF and then we sent the link to on eof our friends, lets name him James and then he looked at it and he started blaming ME AND MY SIS NOT MADDIE that he didnt need to see half cut dogs and bloody gory stuff. and then now he's saying we're SUPPORTING animal cruelty but it clearly says on our page "STOP ANIMAL CRUELTY" BUT HES SAYING "I DONT NEED TO SEE CUT DOGS IN HALF TO KNWO THERES ANIMAL CRUELTY" and now we feel bad.. and I don't know if this is a bullying situation. but i dunno how to stop it and he's doing it alot in front of his gf and his friends and that hurts me and my sis becuz today when my sis, my best friend, and i was waiting for the bus, he came up with his gf and was like "dont talk to them or look at them they SUPPORT animal cruelty they have a website with cut dogs and cats" and i was like "just shut up" and he ignored me and then went over to my best friend and high fived her and sed to his gf "u can be friends with her shes cool" pointing at my best friend and my best friend didnt do anything and Maddie is not doing anything. shes not sharing the blame. i told him already its not just MY site and hes like "well i dont need to see gory bloody pics" and then i thaught he stopped but he did it again and yesterday and 2 days ago on the bus and it rly annoys me and it hurts me i nvr support animal cruelty and hes spreading it around skool. Is this bullying?? How shud i stop it?? =[
