Was hit on temple and now dizzy?

My 1 1/2 year old son was playing with a broom stick. I was sitting on the floor next to him and he ended up wacking me on the temple with the broom stick pretty hard. It hurt for a few hours. Since then I have experienced dizziness, slight memory loss (I forget what people are saying to me a few seconds after they say it) and I feel very tired. This happened yesterday. Is their any cause for concern or will these symptoms go away on their own?
