Will Crysis 2 play on this computer on max without lag or crashing? Help?

Crysis 2 is not out yet so your question cannot be answered. But that computer would not be free of lag with Crysis at max settings, so I doubt it would be better with Crysis 2. Your computer should not crash playing it though.
